We are seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator to assist with day-to-day marketing operations, event coordination, and client-focused project support. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate who wants to grow within a structured, professional environment.
Assist in coordinating and preparing marketing materials, presentations, and displays.
Help track marketing project timelines, deliverables, and activity reports.
Assist with customer engagement efforts, providing information and answering inquiries.
Maintain organized records, documentation, and inventory of marketing materials.
Conduct basic market or customer observations to help support outreach strategies.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing and client coordination teams.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
