Aramark is seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Manager to support leading culinary operations at a premier corporate dining location. This role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen activities, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation, and supporting a culture of excellence in hospitality and service.
COMPENSATION : The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Culinary Leadership:
Supervise and support the culinary team in daily food preparation and production, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items.
Menu Execution:
Assist with the implementation of seasonal and client-specific menus, ensuring alignment with nutritional guidelines and corporate standards.
Inventory & Ordering:
Manage food ordering and inventory processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Food Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including completion of temperature logs and corrective actions as needed. Maintain compliance with local health regulations and Aramark policies.
Team Development:
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment focused on continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
Monitor kitchen operations to ensure timeliness, cleanliness, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
3+ years of experience in culinary or kitchen management, preferably in a corporate or high-volume setting
Strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP procedures
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
ServSafe certification (preferred)
