Starting with the Kitchen Manager: We need an experienced leader to oversee the culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service with 6-10 years experience in this particular role. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing kitchen staff and operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen operations.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Utilize POS systems effectively for tracking sales and managing orders.
  • Implement training programs for staff on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service skills.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of kitchen staff to foster growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management best practices.
  • Familiarity with POS systems used in restaurant settings.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
  • Experience in fine dining or quick service fast food restaurants is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
