What’s Next We are currently hiring for a Laser Welder Technician . This role is crucial for supporting the lab in meeting work orders by welding and soldering wires and fit-bands onto orthodontic appliances. Responsibilities Include: Reading and interpreting doctor prescriptions and preferences to fulfill work orders accurately Welding and soldering wires and fit-bands per prescription specifications Cleaning and polishing completed welds/solders before forwarding to the quality check department Making necessary adjustments to ensure quality and precision Other duties as assigned, including occasional administrative tasks Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., pliers, lathes) and welding/soldering tools Ability to follow detailed instructions based on job orders and doctor specifications Strong attention to detail Schedule: ~ Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm If you’re looking to build a meaningful career in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!
