The Law Office of Angela Jae Chun is a premier law firm based in San Diego, CA. We provide quality and ethical legal representation for individuals who have suffered injury or loss due to the wrongful conduct of another person or corporation. Our deep courtroom experience in both state and federal courts ensures skilled advocacy for our clients. We collaborate with other attorneys and law firms on mass tort wildfire and other consumer violation cases against corporations whose wrongful conduct harmed large numbers of people.
Role Description
This is a part-time role for a Law Clerk. The Law Clerk will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication, research, and writing. The role will require some work from home and some work in our office in San Diego, CA.
Qualifications
Legal knowledge and understanding of legal documents
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong research skills
Exceptional writing skills
Detail-oriented and able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Westlaw software
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Experience with personal injury and mass torts cases is a plus
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of court rules, ability to work with minimal direction, and familiarity with electronic filing systems.
