Job Description

Salary: $104,650 - 189,175 per year Requirements:

• I require you to hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a related area with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• You must possess a thorough understanding of RF transceiver system architecture and cascade analysis.
• I expect you to have design experience with frequency bands ranging from UHF to Ka.
• Familiarity with software development, integration, as well as requirements development and verification is essential (modeling and simulation experience would be an advantage).
• A background in materials, production, and configuration management is necessary.
• Experience with Open Air Range integration is preferred.
• You should have hands-on experience with lab testing equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• A solid grasp of antenna theory fundamentals, including types, designs, and beam patterns, is required.
• You must be a U.S. citizen with at least a secret clearance and be eligible to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities:

• I expect you to perform systems requirements evaluation, functional studies, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, interface definition, technical management, system integration, testing, and quality assurance.
• I need you to foster the development of innovative approaches, solutions, and architectural designs.
• You will engage regularly with customers through in-process reviews, site visits, and demonstrations.
