We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join our team in San Francisco, California.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with precision and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly cataloged and accessible.
- Conduct electronic court filings efficiently and ensure compliance with applicable court rules.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting trial attorneys in federal and California court cases.
Prior legal secretary and paralegal work experience required.
- Proficiency in electronic document management, including e-filing and calendaring.
- Proficiency in legal software tools such as WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and CompuLaw.
