iTrust Wellness Group is a leading psychiatry practice offering comprehensive, individualized mental health care in Upstate South Carolina. We’re seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) to join our psychotherapy team as an Independent Contractor (1099) .

Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, personalized therapy services to a diverse client base. We offer hybrid flexibility or fully remote options to fit your lifestyle. With a steady flow of referrals and full administrative support, you’ll be able to prioritize client care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, HIPAA, and state guidelines.
• Maintain active, unrestricted South Carolina licensure.
• Carry professional liability insurance.

Schedule:

• Flexible, self-managed scheduling

Compensation:

• Payment structure follows a fee-for-service model with competitive rates.
