Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Empowering Change

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually, with full benefits.

Your Role:

• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, tailoring approaches to their unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and goals.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that inspire growth and healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, client-focused care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Stay informed on evidence-based practices and new developments in the field.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in the state.
• A genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Experience working collaboratively with other professionals in a team setting.
