Qualifications:
Required:
Active, unrestricted California (CA) license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states as needed.
Strong diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Preferred:
Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Experience with or willingness to learn virtual therapy platforms.
Deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health.
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Familiarity with insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing.
Strong crisis intervention skills.
Experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting.
Education:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $32.01 - $68.55 per hour (compensation based on experience, education, and location).
