Job Title: Line Cook (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM – 2:00 AM (8-hour shifts)
We’re a new fast-casual restaurant launching in the heart of SoHo, bringing high-quality, quick-serve meals to a lively neighborhood. Our mission is to serve fresh, flavorful food in a fast-paced and friendly environment. As part of our opening team, you’ll play an essential role in shaping the guest experience from day one.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The Line Cook will prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed during service. You will work closely with a packing team member during your shift to deliver seamless kitchen operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines.
Set up and stock the line with all necessary supplies before service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
Collaborate closely with the packer on duty to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
Monitor food quality and communicate any issues to the shift supervisor or manager.
Restock inventory and assist with receiving deliveries as needed.
Support other team members and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or similar environment (fast food, casual dining preferred).
Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Full-time and part-time shifts available.
8-hour shifts within operating hours (7:00 AM – 2:00 AM).
Each shift staffed with one line cook and one packing person.
