Desired Background:

* 1-5 years of litigation experience in Illinois.
* General litigation; commercial litigation, real estate disputes, commercial construction defect, employment and labor litigation, fiduciary services, creditors' rights.
* Strong legal research, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
* Strong writing skills; interested candidates should apply with a writing sample.
* Optimistic, driven, outgoing, and values teamwork.
* Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
