Job Description

A highly regarded boutique law firm is seeking an accomplished associate attorney to join its dynamic team of recognized lawyers. We are in search of a skilled attorney with a strong academic background and have two or more years of litigation experience in one or more of the firm's main practice areas. The firm practices in numerous areas, including commercial, employment, class and representative actions, personal injury, insurance and liability, and general civil litigation. The position involves handling an array of cases throughout varying stages of litigation while collaborating with and reporting to our senior attorneys. Candidates must have experience with drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and propounding and responding to written discovery. This is a perfect opportunity for a motivated associate attorney looking to advance their career with a recognized Bay Area law firm.

Qualifications:

* 2 - 5 years of litigation experience, preferably defense litigation
* Strong organizational, research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
* Able to prioritize and handle urgent tasks and requests simultaneously with a high level of competence and accuracy
* Highly motivated, ambitious, with a desire for growth and responsibility
* JD from an ABA accredited school
* Licensed in CA, in good standing
