**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a motivated Associate with over 3 years of practical litigation experience to join our Frisco office.
In this role, you will support various aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials. Occasional travel within the state will be required. Experience in insurance defense and/or jury trials is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in managing a high-volume caseload while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively in a teamwork-driven environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Engage in all phases of litigation, ensuring thorough preparation and support for each case.
**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor degree and must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including by air.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and writing abilities.
