Position: DSCR Loan Officer – Long-Term Investment Lending

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are hiring an elite DSCR Loan Officer with direct experience in investor-based, long-term rental lending. You must understand cash-flow underwriting, investor risk modeling, and how to speak the language of wealth builders. This is not a retail lending role. We are not interested in order takers. We want closers who can diagnose, structure, and drive volume.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Originate new DSCR loans from a mix of inbound, outbound, and referral sources
• Structure deals in a way that speaks the language of ROI and long-term asset growth
• Coordinate with underwriting to ensure fast turnarounds with no surprises
• Cultivate a pipeline of repeat investor clients across multiple markets
• Deliver a “Jet Lending” experience that reinforces speed, expertise, and execution
Qualifications:
YOUR PROFILE • Proven track record in originating and closing long-term DSCR loans (1-4 unit rental properties and portfolios)
• Strong understanding of investor-centric lending (not conventional residential lending)
• Experience with non-QM or private lending programs preferred
• Ability to structure creative loan solutions that maximize leverage while mitigating risk
• Aggressive follow-up and deal-chasing mentality
• Clear, persuasive communicator with investors, brokers, and internal underwriting
• Comfortable with high expectations and accountability to ROI
