Base + Commission Pay.

We are a fast-growing loan origination business looking to add high performing loan originators who are looking to be part of a team or build their own team business with support.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Developing relationships and solving home financing needs
• Working along side like-minded business professionals 
• Building, and keeping, your own business 
• Setting your own schedule 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications: 

• No fear of making phone calls
• Ability to track and maintain a pipeline of provided leads
• Competitive and entrepreneurial attitude
• At least one year mortgage experience
• Active NMLS license or in process of obtaining one 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Ability to take accountability for actions
