POSITION – General Labor
JOB LOCATION – Belgium, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift | 7:00am to 3:30pm | Monday to Friday
STARTING PAY – $16 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Willing to train
As a General Laborer, you will be working in a manufacturing environment, moving and handling heavy metal parts. This is a hands-on position that requires reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to lift consistently throughout the day.
Transport product from machines to designated work areas
Hang parts for painting
Package and sort heavy metal parts
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
Reliable and punctual
Willing to train—no prior experience required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
