Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Utilize CNC programming skills to create and modify programs for various machining tasks.
• Conduct manual machining operations as needed, demonstrating proficiency in manual tools and techniques.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve overall productivity.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a machinist with expertise in CNC lathe (2-4 axis) and mill operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in CNC machine repair.
• Familiarity with CNC tooling and programming techniques.
• Manual machining skills with a solid understanding of machining principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
