Job Description:
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Magento 2 , PHP , and MySQL , along with deep knowledge of Magento extensions . In this role, you'll lead backend development, handle complex data integrations, and help improve our e-commerce platform to deliver a great customer experience.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize high-performance e-commerce solutions using Magento 2 .
Lead backend development with PHP and manage databases using MySQL .
Troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions.
Review code, provide feedback, and mentor team members.
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Maintain and improve the RapidFlow extension and a custom Data Management Tool to support external data flows and transformations in Magento.
Customize and maintain Magento 2 extensions and handle third-party integrations.
Support data operations using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) as needed.
Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Communicate clearly across teams to align on goals and ensure successful project delivery.
Stay up to date with new tools, methods, and industry best practices.
Strong experience in Magento 2 backend development, architecture, and customizations.
Skilled in PHP , Magento , and e-commerce development, with a good understanding of HTML , CSS , JavaScript , and MySQL .
Hands-on experience with Magento extensions , including customization and maintenance.
Basic understanding of SSIS packages .
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for learning new technologies.
Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership.
