Job Description

Allied Reliability is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for Chemical Warehouse operations.

Technical Responsibilities

1. Maintain electrical & mechannical knowledge of equipment inside the facility.
2. Execute PM (Preventative Maintenance) as outlined by the PM Program.
3. Work the Maintenance PM and MOC Specialist populate required PM for existing electrical equipment and new installations.
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical equipment.
5. Proactively identify potential mechanical/electrical failures and rectify issues.
6. Maintain spare parts inventory for electrical and instrumental equipment inside the plant.
7. Provide daily maintenance department support and help as necessary with other disciplines (mechanical, rigging, facility upkeep, etc).
8. Welding equipment and components as required
9. Adhere to Safety standards and PPE requirements.

Environmental:

1. Dispose of maintenance byproduct and waste responsibly, following environmental guidelines.
2. Collaborate with the team to ensure environmental sustainability practices are upheld.
3. Ensure compliance in regulated portions of the plant as outlined by the Regulatory Compliance Manager.
4. Provide input on equipment upgrades, modifications, and replacements, considering environmental impact.

Regulatory (Safety Measures):

1. Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
2. Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to safety policies.
3. Comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to operations and material handling.
4. Be knowledgeable about company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety in a chemical plant.
