We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:
• Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, for RR, RF, MANUAL, and TZCS.
• Engage with audiences by managing social interactions (DMs, comments, etc.) and ensuring prompt, on-brand responses.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Compile and analyze data across social platforms to create weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategies.
• Website Management:
• Maintain and update the company’s WordPress site, including installing and configuring themes and plugins.
• Content Creation:
• Design and produce on-brand marketing materials using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Develop event invitations and assist with event promotion.
• Event Support:
• Attend events to capture live content for social media.
• Set up and take down equipment for filming as needed.

Requirements

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, and/or Photoshop.
• Experience managing and optimizing social advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with copywriting experience as a plus.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining a strategic outlook.
• Creative problem-solver who can effectively multitask in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
• Able to work independently while also thriving in collaborative settings.
• Other:
• A strong aptitude for developing and executing social media and content strategies.
