Job Description

Marketing Associate

About Us

We are a national nonprofit dedicated to transforming the pipeline of AI practitioners and fostering a more inclusive, human-centered AI discipline. Our mission is to empower students to become AI changemakers by equipping them with critical thinking, relationship-building skills, and expertise in responsible AI.

To achieve this, we actively seek students from communities that have been historically underrepresented in the AI field. Through our programs, we help students establish their identities in AI, build technical and leadership skills, and take initiative in shaping the future of AI. Our programs, developed in partnership with top colleges and universities across North America, prioritize students from historically excluded groups, including Black, Hispanic, Latinx, Indigenous, women, and non-binary individuals.

By integrating education, ethics, and relationship-driven networks, we are shaping the next generation of diverse AI leaders. Our efforts have been supported by organizations such as Pivotal Ventures, Prudential Financial, Accenture, General Motors, and SoftBank, and have been featured in major media outlets like The New York Times, TIME, CNN, The Washington Post, USA Today, and The Atlantic.
