Job Description

Ten4, an industry-leading expert in the telecom and telecom channel space, is seeking a  Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a newly created role and is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented professional with approximately 3 years of marketing experience and a strong understanding of the  telecom sales channel . This role is hybrid and requires visits to our Baltimore, MD and Mt. Laurel NJ offices up to once a month, as well as representing the company at offsite industry or company events throughout the year.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Ten4’s brand growth and digital presence. You’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives through product communication, creation and refinement, social media, and website management. This role offers the opportunity to bring outsourced marketing functions in-house and build the foundation for a larger marketing team.

JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager
REPORTS TO: President

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Communication, Creation & Refinement
  • Collaborate closely with the Leadership team to contribute marketing insights during the product creation phase, ensuring offerings align with customer needs and market trends.
  • Play an active role in the product refinement process by gathering and analyzing feedback from customers, sales teams, and market research to inform improvements and innovations.
  • Develop and execute clear, compelling messaging for product launches, updates, and campaigns across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work alongside sales and account management teams to identify key product benefits and translate technical features into easily digestible content for diverse audiences.
  • Craft a range of communication materials, including press releases, product sheets, PowerPoint decks, web copy, email newsletters, blog articles, case studies, and FAQs.
  • Manage product communication calendars and ensure alignment across teams and channels.
  • Manage existing 3rd-party graphic design resources to deliver both web and print content.
  • Train and support sales and customer-facing teams with up-to-date product knowledge and communication tools.
  • Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and market trends to refine communication strategies, enhance products, and inform future development.
Social Media Management
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion on LinkedIn and emerging channels.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences, utilizing a blend of organic and paid strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media analytics, adjusting tactics to optimize reach and effectiveness according to KPIs and business objectives.
  • Engage actively with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and fostering positive brand sentiment.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand remains a leader in its digital presence.

Website Management

  • Coordinate with the contracted web specialist to ensure the company website is current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with web designers, developers, and external agencies to plan and implement website updates, enhancements, and redesigns as needed.
  • Develop and manage SEO strategies to maximize website visibility and organic traffic, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.
  • Track website performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure the website provides an exceptional user experience, optimizing navigation, layout, and content for both desktop and mobile users.
  • Coordinate the integration of digital marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead capture forms to support broader marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR to create and manage a career page to increase candidate interest. Ensure branding consistency during the recruitment and onboarding process for candidates/new hires. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with proven responsibility for social media, product communication, and website management.
  • Strong knowledge of the telecommunications channel, including current trends, key suppliers, TSD players, and regulatory environment, is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, AEO, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Experience with CMS (Content Management Systems) (e.g., WordPress, Drupal), and proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and its various modules (Sales, Marketing, Social Media).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to detail, tone, and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience managing third-party resources for non-core expertise.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborative team player who is adaptable, creative, and proactive.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions.
  • Must live in the continental United States.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently.
