Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and update helpdesk documentation.
- Respond to user requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experienced Non-manager level experience in a Helpdesk or related role.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
- Experience with specific software or hardware relevant to the workplace.
Special Considerations:
- 100% on-site work is required; remote candidates will not be considered.
- Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Mississippi.
Scheduling:
