Summary of Primary Functions
Under supervision will be responsible for the promotion of credit union products and services to members either on the telephone or in person. Provides counsel to new and existing members in regards to the various credit union services with an emphasis on all current promotions. Performs assigned member transactions as required. Depending on location and branch volume, may be required to support other departments as needed up to 75% of the time, including but not limited to inbound and outbound member service phone calls.
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent. One to three year's of experience within a financial institution with demonstrated success opening new accounts, delivering excellent member service, and processing and funding consumer loans. Advanced knowledge of credit union products and services. Ability to manage the workflow under minimal supervision. Effective organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and delivering a high quality of member service. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and advanced knowledge of the credit union's core system.
Compensation and Job Title is commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:
MSR I - $19.30 - $27.02
MSR II - $20.75 - $29.05
