Position: Mobile Member Experience Specialist

Location: Pierce and King County, WA

Reports to: Mobile Team Lead

Salary Range: $32.50/hour

Position Summary

As a Mobile Member Experience Specialist , you'll be at the heart of our mobile operations, ensuring seamless clinic operations, member engagement, and safe transport of the mobile unit. From driving the mobile clinic to connecting members with essential resources, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to those who need it most. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives while collaborating with a dedicated and compassionate team.

What You'll Do

Drive Impact

  • Safely operate and navigate the mobile clinic to scheduled locations, ensuring timely and reliable service.
  • Prepare the mobile unit for daily operations, creating a welcoming and functional space for members.
  • Occasionally provide transportation for members to clinic locations when needed.

Create Exceptional Member Experiences

  • Be the first friendly face members see, greeting them warmly and assisting with check-ins and appointments.
  • Address member questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding service.
  • Facilitate access to resources like housing, education, and employment to support members' recovery and well-being.

Administrative Excellence

  • Manage appointment schedules, update member records, and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
  • Collect and process member fees, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Keep the mobile clinic's reception area organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Collaborate for Success

  • Work closely with clinical staff and the mobile team to deliver integrated, member-focused care.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas to enhance operations and member experiences.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members to strengthen the team's effectiveness.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Current or attainable First Aid and CPR certification.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in operating large vehicles (training provided if necessary).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with members and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Customer service or medical reception experience is a plus.
