Role: MuleSoft Developer

Note: This is a Salesforce Maintenance and Support Project. The overall project description is given below for your reference. For this project, we require one Salesforce Developer, one Mobile App Developer, and one MuleSoft Developer. The specific requirements and responsibilities for the MuleSoft Developer role are provided below.

Project Description:

The purpose of this SOW is to provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Missouri Division of Professional Registration (MOPRO) licensure system.

• Provide daily support of MOPRO (Salesforce) system, including monitoring the health of all cloud applications (MOPRO, MOPRO Mobile IOS) and components (AWS, SES, etc.) as well as on-premises API middleware (MuleSoft) and all associated APIs and SFTP files.
• Provide support to end-users in day-to-day activities, answering questions and researching anomalies.
• Provide programming support for enhancements and fixes, as well as database support for data corrections and complex reporting.
• Provide research and feasibility studies for suggested changes, and provide advice, recommendations, and manpower estimates for enhancement requests to the Exec Steering Committee in support of decision making and prioritization.
  Other duties and tasks as assigned in relation to support of all cloud applications (MOPRO, MOPRO Mobile IOS) and components (AWS, SES, etc.) as well as on-premises API middleware (MuleSoft) and all associated APIs and SFTP files.

Project Goals:

Provide ongoing support, research, and feasibility studies for the Missouri Professional Registration Licensure System.

MuleSoft Developer Requirement details:

• 10+ years of over all experience

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in MuleSoft Development
