We are seeking a childcare and preferably child education experienced, kind, patient, contentious, self-starter who can assist daily tasks and activities primarily for the younger kids aged 1 and 4, with only occasional assistance with the 6 and 8 year olds. Daily duties include assisting morning routine, facilitating learning activities, outdoor activity, lunch, art or music activity, reading before naptime. Also must help with tidying up kids messes and kids laundry. Occasionally help with food prep for dinner if needed or watching the younger 2 to allow for dinner prep unobstructed. Also, flexibility is good to have because the schedule and things sometimes change. Open to long-term a plus. Good communication and work ethic is a must as well as a fun but easy going attitude. Also needed is a willingness for very light / minimal housekeeping such as occasionally unloading dishes, folding kids laundry, and sweeping / tidying up kids messes
