Job Description

A wonderful family is seeking a caring, responsible nanny for their 5-month-old baby girl in Vilonia, AR. Mom works remotely from home, so a trustworthy, engaging nanny is needed to support her baby’s daily routine. Montessori knowledge is a plus, as the family values this approach. They also have two friendly dogs in the home. The family is looking for a nanny to commit to the role long-term (18 months).

The family is open to two nannies job-sharing, splitting the days between them, as long as each nanny has at least two days of availability. They are also flexible with shift times and can accommodate shifts from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
Care for 5-month-old baby girl (diaper changes, feedings, naps) and document accordingly
Engage with baby through age-appropriate activities (no screen time)
Maintain the baby's schedule and environment
Light pet care (letting dogs outside, no feeding or walking)

Qualifications:
Experience with infants
Comfortable working in a home with pets

Additional Information:
Family is a military household, moving in 18 months. Ideal candidate should be able to commit to staying with them until they move
Open to occasional date night care

Schedule Notes:
Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM (5-6 hours/day). They are flexible with shift times and can accommodate shifts from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Family has travel planned from Feb 24-28 and March 11-14, so nanny will not be needed during those dates
