Wissler Auto Parts (NAPA) is looking for an Part Time Associate Parts - Outside sales Manager.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with finding the auto parts they need utilizing our electronic catalog. Our NAPA KnowHow is the reason that our customers keep coming back again and again. MUST have automotive knowledge and a MINIMUM of one year experience managing a parts store or parts department.

As Associate Parts Manager your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude and appearance at all times.
• Assist customers with their parts questions and needs, in person, over the phone, or via computer.
• Effectively ask questions and communicate features and warranty policies to customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and/or communicated timely.
• Handle cash and other purchasing transactions.
• Must be able to use our electronic catalog to retrieve up-to-date parts information.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing parts - Stocking and pulling parts from the stockroom.
• Assist with managing parts inventory value which includes inventory turns, CORES dirty and clean.
• Additionally, you may deliver parts to customers located away from the store.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment at times.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. on a daily basis.
• Must have some automotive knowledge and a MINIMUM of one year of experience managing a parts store or parts department.
