Description:
MercyOne Waterloo Neurology
Seeking clinic-based neurologist
Join an established practice with two neurologists and one neuro-hospitalist.
Neurology clinic shared call with nurse triage only; NO hospital or ER call
Treat wide variety of neurological conditions in complex patients
Prefer someone trained to perform EMGs and read EEGs.
Full specialty support with established referral patterns and patient base
H-1B cap exempt organization
J-1 candidates accepted
Compensation/Benefits
$329,109 Guarantee x 2 years + Production Incentive
$75K Commencement (3 year clawback)
$25K Longevity Bonus after years 2 & 3
$15K Relocation Allowance
Employer paid malpractice and tail coverage
Health insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and Life Insurance with shared premium
2 Retirement programs: 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) Savings Plan
Employer paid Short Term Disability with option to purchase Long Term Disability at minimal cost
Allowed up to 31 days off per year while on guarantee
