No experience? No problem. If you bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Learn to Do:
Perform inspections and maintenance on towable RVs
Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
Install accessories and upgrades
Use tools, manuals, and diagnostic equipment
Work alongside experienced technicians and grow into the trade
What We’re Looking For:
Eagerness to learn and work with your hands
Mechanical aptitude or past experience in trades (auto, construction, etc.) is a plus
Good attitude and reliability
Team player who takes pride in their work
