Description We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic opportunity to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing office functions, supporting financial processes, and maintaining an organized work environment. Responsibilities: - Oversee payroll verification processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable effectively. - Coordinate office supply orders and maintain a well-stocked and organized break room. - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries. - Handle administrative responsibilities, such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management. - Utilize accounting software systems and tools like ADP, Concur, and CRM to support financial and operational tasks. - Respond to inbound calls and provide thorough assistance to clients and team members. - Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless office functionality and resolve any operational issues. Requirements - Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as ADP, Concur, and CRM. - Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and staff. - Familiarity with payroll systems and verification processes. - Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently. - Experience working with specialized software like Dentrix Dental Software or About Time is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
