Location: Montgomery/Opelika, AL & Lagrange GA
SUMMARY
Serve as the primary liaison between the client (automotive OEM or Tier 1) and the company to manage and resolve quality issues at the customer's site. Ensure product quality, support problem-solving, and maintain strong customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor product quality and handle any quality-related issues at the customer site.
- Investigate defects, coordinate containment actions, and provide root cause analysis.
- Communicate daily with both the customer and internal teams regarding quality concerns and improvements.
- Support quality audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Provide on-site support during new product launches or engineering changes.
- Prepare and submit quality reports and documentation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Engineering or Business-related fields required
- Experience in automotive quality or manufacturing (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience in automotive field. (If not, OPT is also acceptable)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5Whys, Fishbone).
- Ability to work independently at the customer site.
- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in high tech manufacturing industry and startups (if not, no need Experience)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
