Job Description

+ We are seeking an Associate Test Engineer to join our team. + This role requires hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, optics assembly, troubleshooting, and calibration in a Class 100 cleanroom environment. + Candidates should be comfortable working with lasers, optical components, and large mechanical tools while following strict safety and cleanliness protocols. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble, disassemble, and test optical and mechanical components. + Troubleshoot and calibrate equipment following written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Work in a Class 100 cleanroom with full protective gear (bunny suit, gloves, safety goggles). + Handle and move heavy tools and equipment (lifting up to 50 lbs.). + Perform cable route and integration of systems. + Document assembly, testing, and troubleshooting processes accurately. + Work collaboratively with engineering teams to improve assembly and testing procedures. + Adhere to strict cleanliness and safety guidelines for laser operations. + Participate in an intensive on-the-job training program **Experience:** + **Mechanical skills:** Assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, and following written instructions. + **Optics assembly:** Experience with lasers, crystals, and optical components (not fiber optics). + **Computer skills:** Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, software loading, and troubleshooting. + **Testing & calibration:** Understanding how to handle and test optical/mechanical components **Skills:** + Optical/Mechanical Components + Lasers + Troubleshooting + Calibration **Education:** + Open to fresh grads, those with hobbies in mechanics, optics, or tinkering with electronics. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
