We are seeking a full time/part time BE/BC Pediatrician to join our thriving practice in Northern MA. We have a modern, state-of-the-art, fully electronic office with an in-house diagnostic state certified laboratory. Patients are admitted to a Pediatric Hospitalist Program providing us 24 hr in-patient coverage. Tufts Hospital for Children subspecialty clinics are located adjacent to the practice.
Compensation:
$190,000 to $250,000 base salary depending on experience
4% match, profit sharing, partnership potential

Very light newborn rounding at local hospital, once per week max.
No coverage of C-section/deliveries required.
Flexible Hours. Excellent work/life balance.
Very light call 1 night per week.

Qualifications:
All candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
Must obtain a valid MA license.
