As a General Labor Worker, you will oversee the operation of machines, brine systems, and filling forms, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation are upheld to our high standards. Your role includes setting up and operating high-speed packaging machines, troubleshooting minor issues, and determining when maintenance is required. **Responsibilities** + Manage and operate specific machinery in the production line. + Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures. + Ensure accurate record-keeping and quality control. + Communicate effectively with team members and management. + Identify and address minor machine stoppages or jams. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in machine operation. + Proficiency in high-speed manufacturing. + Capability in filling and packaging machines operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in adjusting feeds and speeds. + Proficiency in changeover processes. + Basic troubleshooting skills. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive and friendly culture where opportunities for growth and promotion from within are valued. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
