We’re a professional Miami pet-care company built on five things: clear communication, reliability, attentiveness, real teamwork, and customer service that goes above and beyond the Bark of duty! If you’re looking for meaningful, active work surrounded by pets, you’ll fit right in.

Role at a glance

• Schedule: Weekday dog walks (typically 10am–4pm; some days start 8am). Optional evenings 5-8pm and occasional weekends/holidays.
• Territory: Pinecrest, Dadeand, & Kendall with tight routes (aiming for ~20 minutes or less between visits).
• Status: Part-time with potential to grow hours as routes expand.

Pay & benefits

• Team members in Grove/Gables typically average $15-19 per hour
• You also keep 100% of tips and receive holiday bonus pay.
• Referral bonuses available when you bring in a client and / or great team members
• W-2 employment with direct deposit; we pay employer taxes.
• Liability insurance, bonding, and workers’ comp provided.
• Paid training, plus pet CPR/First Aid after an initial period with us.
• All tools & uniforms provided to set you up for success.
• Team support when visits get tricky; you’re never left guessing.
• Occasional team hangout and bonding events.

What you’ll do

• Give pets safe, happy experiences - mostly dog walks with the occasional cat visit (refresh food/water, litter, quick check-in).
• Share a short, photo-rich journal in our app after each visit.
• Flag behavior or health changes quickly - communication is everything.

You’re a fit if

• You’re dependable and on time, every time.
• You follow instructions and notice small details.
• You’re a team player who, when able, helps cover the occasional last-minute change.
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• 18+ with a car (insured) and a smartphone; authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to cover at least some weekends/holidays.
• Ideally looking to commit 12+ months.
