OVERVIEW:

The   Receptionist   is a valuable part of our team who is responsible for greeting customers with a positive and friendly attitude on the phones and in person. They must be available to work evenings and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answers incoming calls in a professional manner
• Greet Customers with friendly/professional attitude.
• Maintain a professional work environment.
• Direct Customers to appropriate individual or department whether by phone or in person

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Extremely professional and dependable

Previous Dealership experience a plus but not required.
