Ability to work remotely from a dedicated home office.
Located in Tennessee.
Additional Skills:

Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with customers via phone, text, and electronic communication.

What We're Looking For:

A passion for helping others improve their health and well-being.
The ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a multi-cultural setting.
A self-motivated and empathetic approach to advocating for members and motivating them to take control of their health.
Strong listening skills and the ability to collaborate with team members, providers, and community organizations.
A positive attitude and the ability to learn and grow from setbacks or difficult interactions.
Schedule & Work Environment:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts during regular business hours.
This position is remote, but you must reside in Tennessee.
Enjoy a flexible, supportive work-from-home environment!
