**Responsibilities** **POSITION SUMMARY:** Under the supervision of an RN, the safety attendant (sitter) maintains constant direct observation and visualization of identified patient(s). **Qualifications** **REQUIRED:** + High school diploma or GED + Current BLS certification through American Heart Association **PREFERRED:** + Prior patient sitter and/ or CNA experience preferred **Overview** Dominican Hospital (a member of Dignity Health) is a 222-bed facility that offers a wide range of services to residents of California's Central Coast.
