Payroll Processor - Hospitality - Miami Beach - Immediate Opening!!!* Free Parking

* Free Employee Medical Insurance The Payroll Processor plays a key role in managing the multi-location payroll for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a high level of competency in numerical and payroll analysis. The role requires someone who is proactive, collaborative, a keen attention to detail, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization's payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Streamline payroll processes for efficiency.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of financial and employee data.
• Provide payroll insights and support to other departments via reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned:
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Payroll Certification or similar) are a plus.
• Experience with payroll software (Paylocity, ADP, or Paychex) is preferred.
