Summary:
A seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in PeopleSoft HCM, system integration, and public sector projects. Proficient in facilitating work sessions, developing functional documentation, and leading testing efforts. Skilled in leveraging Microsoft O365 tools and Agile methodologies to deliver successful implementations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft HCM implementation and upgrade projects.
• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor.
• 8+ years in identifying requirements, creating formal functional documents, and collaborating with key business stakeholders and SMEs.
• 8+ years conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• 8+ years performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• Proficient with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) with over 4+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• 2+ years of experience with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• 2+ years working with PeopleSoft HCN 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor.
• 2+ years experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• 2+ years experience with SharePoint.
• 1+ year of experience using Jira for task tracking and collaboration.
• 1+ year of experience working within the Scrum framework to manage projects.
