Location: Pinto Innovative Health and Wellness – Williamsburg, VA Website: Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, No weekends, No call Are you passionate about musculoskeletal (MSK) care and lifestyle medicine? Pinto Innovative Health and Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience or strong interest in physical medicine, rehabilitation, and orthopedics. This provider will play a vital role in helping patients move pain-free, optimize their wellness, and age actively and gracefully. We collaborate across disciplines, including chiropractic, sports medicine, massage therapy, and medical care, to provide comprehensive, patient-centered solutions. Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Musculoskeletal focus Diagnose and treat MSK conditions through comprehensive evaluation and treatment planning.
• Procedures Perform or be trained in trigger point injections, joint injections, and MSK ultrasound.
• Imaging interpretation: Must be comfortable reading X-rays and coordinating further imaging as needed.
• General wellness & lifestyle medicine: Conduct preventive health visits and help patients optimize long-term well-being.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Dr. Emilie Pinto (PM&R physician), chiropractors, athletic trainers, and massage therapists to create integrated care plans.
• Regenerative medicine: Be trained in PRP and other innovative treatments to support patient recovery and longevity.

Who We're Looking For NP or PA with a background in physical medicine, rehabilitation, orthopedics, or sports medicine Experience with trigger point/joint injections preferred (or willingness to train) Ability to read X-rays required MSK ultrasound experience is a plus (training available) Positive, upbeat, and flexible personality Strong desire to help patients move better, feel better, and live fully Why Join Us?
