Are you a skilled generator technician looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable company that values your expertise and independence? We are currently seeking multiple Power Generator Field Technicians to join our team and support our growing customer base across the Washington state territory .
Position Overview:
As a Power Generator Field Technician, you'll operate like your own small business—managing scheduling, parts, paperwork, and customer service—all while working independently in the field. Your core responsibility will be to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair power generation equipment from top manufacturers including Generac, Kohler, Cummins, and CAT .
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and basic repairs on a wide range of generator systems
• Diagnose and service transfer switch systems and switchgear
• Maintain accurate service records and manage parts inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Coordinate scheduling and daily responsibilities with internal systems

Qualifications:

• Previous field experience servicing generators from Generac, Kohler, Cummins, and/or CAT

• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
