We are in search of a new  Practice Manager who possesses a warm, outgoing demeanor and a keen eye for detail. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth clinic operations and delivering exceptional patient care. Thriving in our dynamic environment, you will lead with precision and creativity, upholding high standards of administrative excellence while cultivating a positive atmosphere for both staff and patients. Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday, some Saturdays
• 7:45 AM-5:00 PM

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an orthodontic practice
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing dental practices.
• Outgoing and socially poised; accomplishes goals by working with others
• Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to challenges

Responsibilities Include

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice to optimize clinic efficiency
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely service delivery that exceeds customer expectations
• Drive high standards of care through optimal administrative excellence, including inquiries, billing, and record-keeping
• Implement and oversee the adherence to office policies and procedures to maintain high productivity and compliance
• Collaborate with dentists and staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth, addressing any issues that may arise
