Balthazar Bakery, Wholesale division is looking to add a member to it's kitchen team.

PM Prep Cook:

Job responsibilities:

• Daily production of fruit and vegetables used in our product line
• Processing of butter, cheese, chocolate and other bulk ingredients for production team
• Able to follow directions and work off of a recipe
• Ability to manage your time and work in a clean, organized and professional manner.
• Must be comfortable and confident with a knife and understand proper food safety.
• Working with other team members to accomplish the days production demands.

Also a plus: Speak Spanish

This is a full time position, available to start immediately. 

-Schedule:

• 8-10 hour shift (A typical shift is from 2pm to 10pm)
• Evening shift
• Holidays (as needed)
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18-22$/hour based on experience
