Press Brake Operator – Metal Fabrication

We’re currently looking for a skilled and dependable
Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and forming metal components to exact specifications, contributing directly to the quality and consistency our customers rely on.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC hydraulic press brakes (175 & 250 ton).
- Operate metal shears, ironworkers, and other fabrication equipment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and specifications.
- Measure and mark reference points using tape measures and layout tools.
- Follow safety and quality procedures consistently.
- Lift and move materials up to 75 lbs.
- Operate forklifts and assist with general shop duties.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience operating press brakes or working in a fabrication/warehouse setting (preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and wear steel-toe boots.
- Must pass a pre-employment exam, background check, drug screen, and E-Verify.
- Forklift operation experience preferred.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday , 40 hours/week.
- Occasional mandatory overtime.
