Iron Bull Distillery is blazing a new trail in the spirits industry — and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated Production Supervisor to lead our evening bottling operations. Lead, coach, and support bottling line teams to meet daily production goals while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Maintenance team to identify and implement process and equipment improvements.
Track production metrics including efficiency, quality, and cost; proactively adjust plans to drive optimal results.
Uphold and enforce all safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA , EPA , and TTB compliance.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all aspects of operations.
3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting across all organizational levels
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear, professional oral and written communication
Lean Six Sigma certification or related process improvement experience
Background in the food & beverage or spirits industry
**4-day work week -**Monday through Thursday; 5:00pm-3:00am
