Purpose:
You will manage assigned custom, open enrollment, international and other programs for the Executive Education Program. Your goal is to ensure growth through program quality, customer satisfaction, and faculty satisfaction while contributing to team goals and meeting quality standards and budget expectations. You will report to the Programs Manager Team Leader.

Manage Open Enrollment and Custom Programs (70%)

• Oversee delivery and follow-up for virtual and in-person programs (open enrollment, custom, international).
• Contribute to program design and ensure knowledge of content and value proposition.
• Collect and prepare program materials, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Manage program budgets and work with faculty, directors, and Marketing for needs analysis.
• Understand competitive landscape and collaborate on curriculum development.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address special needs (after hours, tech issues, in-class support).
• Manage logistics (materials, food, space, AV).
• Track program timelines and coordinate pre-read materials.
• Organize special logistics (tours, off-site dinners).
• Summarize evaluations, recommend improvements, and promote future offerings.
  

Business Development (20%)

• Maintain customer relationships and promote Executive Education programs through outbound sales and communications with past clients.
• Promote the full Executive Education portfolio, including certificate options, coaching, consulting, and custom programs.
• Contribute to new product development for both domestic and international programs.
• Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales on program content and marketing materials.
• Forward business leads to Professional Development, Business Development, and Portfolio Managers.
  

Faculty Relationship Management (5%)

• Initiate and develop faculty relationships.
• Partner with program faculty on program materials, logistics planning, Visa needs and delivery including development of content.
• Work with faculty during the program and provide relevant participant feedback on the content.
  

Organizational Contributor (5%)

• Contribute to projects that promote and enhance Executive Education and Ross School of Business, including special assignments.

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, education, project management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work, including some experience in Program Management.
• Experience managing budgets and coordinating complex logistics (events, training programs, conferences).
• Experience working with faculty/subject matter experts or similar partners, to execute programs.
• Familiarity with virtual and in-person learning environments and technologies used for both.
• Business development experience in sales or client engagement roles.
• International experience or familiarity with managing programs or clients across multiple regions and cultures.

The posting range for this position is $57,600 - $71,050. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range . Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
